The hotel lacks proper staff training, as they disregarded the do-not-disturb sign.

the spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided me with a good night's sleep. the hygiene was impeccable even during such tough times. the hotel's location was ideal as it was situated in the heart of the city, near all popular shopping areas, and plenty of transportation was available nearby. the hotel staff was very supportive and courteous.

The food wasn't up to par in comparison to the rest of the hotel's offerings. the lack of a good spread left me disappointed in such a festive season.
